See below an excerpt from Fertility Associates website:

AMH (Anti-Mullerian Hormone): AMH is a hormone made by small follicles as they grow in the ovaries. This test is convenient and in-expensive as it uses a simple blood test and can be done at any time in the menstrual cycle. It is available from all Fertility Associates clinics. An AMH test can pick up who might lose their fertility more quickly but it does not show who is more fertile than average. AMH does not predict ovarian reserve in women older than 40 or those with Polycystic Ovaries (PCO).

Mine was at the low end of normal, and when I told the nurse we probably wouldn't be ready to TTC for a couple years she warned me that I didn't have that much time left to conceive naturally. Freaked me out a bit, but not sure how exact the test is.
