I made my own photo blocks from a sheet of mdf so I can't imagine making blocks like that would be very difficult. Yep, make your own! They're so overpriced at shops. I made 100 plain wooden blocks for Thomas out of 3m of untreated 2x2 wood. Imagine how much 100 square blocks would have cost in the shops? I made my own, (well didn't finish them all) bought a piece of wood from mitre 10 and cut them down to size and sanded them. Kinda following what this blog did, adding pictures to them. (just make sure its untreated wood)

Does anyone have any ideas of where I could find them?

I've found heaps of coloured blocks and plenty of different shapes, but I'm specifically after un-coloured cubes of around 1-2in in size.
