That sounds absolutely fantastic! Thomas Road is less than 10 mins away. 17 year old sounds great! I'm not sure how much to pay, but does $40-$50 from 6/7ish till 10/11ish sound reasonable? Ask her if she is keen, what she charges and when suits her.

Oh, I used to be so precious about DS, but now he is big and robust I am not so fussed :-) He would be in bed already, and he is a great sleeper. So she really just needs to watch TV. We have the Angelcare monitor so that is also peace of mind for her.

We have Sky TV and iPad so hopefully she will be fully entertained.

That sounds great. We are 5 mins north of Flagstaff on a farm just off River Road. So would be easier if had own transport and lived North Hamilton.

How would I find a babysitter in Hamilton? Is there a website I could use?

Or does anyone know of one? It would mostly be couple evenings a month once DS is asleep.
