MrsEmma thank you if you could have a look itd be great! this particular monkey didnt have the t shirt either, but i remember in the pile of monkeys at the shop most of them did have the tshirt on..so maybe it is the same one? if yes please let me know if you are willing to send him my way :D

have you asked your local whitcoulls to see if they can look up on their computer to see if any stores have any left over stock? Or ask them to give one of the bigger Whitcoulls a call on the off chance there is some left over?

I have a monkey that I bought from Whitcoulls about a year or so ago but I can't see your pics! They are just two little boxes showing broken links

ETA - I can see them now

I'm sure that's the one I bought he didn't have a t-shirt on though so maybe not. We've just moved and the soft toys haven't been brought out yet so I'll have a look when DS is up from his nap.

hi all!
my wee girls FAVOURITE snuggly friend is "monkey magoo" as we have fondly named him.. i bought him on a whim from whitcoulls when i was preggers naively not expecting my baby to get attached to a toy..but she has, and monkey magoo is THE ONE for her. now monkey magoo isnt the hardiest of monkeys, and i can see him not lasting an eternity (like all favourite toys MUST) that, or getting lost (already lost him once in town, thank goodness he had out phone number on him!) but i know next time we might not be so lucky.. whitcoulls dont sell them anymore..but i was wondering if anyone out there had a monkey magoo clone floating around their house that would love a new home where he will be loved to bits, snuggled, dribbled on and have his ears and tail sucked on, i will pay for him if you like, as well as the cost of his journey to our house in blenheim of course!

heres a photo of him- the other monkeys in the shop like him did have a pink t shirt on saying "I love my mum" or something like that (bought it around mothers day 2010)
