Yep mine does too and drives me crazy. I saw P&T had a voluntary recall with the frame and we are going to look into that now were back in NZ. That may have something to do with it.

ETA recall linky for Explorer/Hammerhead Frame.

Does anybody else have the problem that the hood keeps coming off the Explorer frame All.The.Time??
