You could do a cash raffle. You basically decide how much you want in prizes and then sell tickets. The raffle is drawn when all the tickets are sold. so if you decided that you wanted $100 cash as your prize and you were aiming to get $100 cash in takings so you would sell 100 tickets at $2. As part of our plunket committee we're looking at doing a raffle at our upcoming fabric auction. I'm thinking of offering to organise it, but have no idea where to start with asking people to donate goods/services for a raffle.
