Hot water? DS's transfer came off after we went to the hotpools. Could've been the chlorine though.... Is there any way to get the transfer off a rash suit top?

DS got new togs last xmas but after all the swimming and washing the transfer has come off in some bits and now looks ugly (imagine Ben10 with and evil grin and his arm and omnitrex nowhere near his body).

There is nothing wrong with the togs and seems a shame to bin them but after some kid stared at the top for ten minutes at swimming this morning and said "that looks really weird, haha" I really want to get the transfer off. Can't iron it I don't think because it is lycra.
