I was on it for ages too, maybe about 8 years and never had spotting. I got it a few times but I was told that if it keeps happening every time then definately go and talk to your dr. Hey, so I'm back on Depo after 10 years of not having it and this time i've had a 2 week long period in the middle of it.. I thought my 3 months was up, so thats why I got it, but I got a letter from the DR today saying that it was due to run out on the 14th of the month.. so confused cuz I thought it was the 29th of August!
