Ewww! Agree. My friend hired a safe n sound from them and had a similar issue - AND the buckle was jammed full of crap and kept undoing randomly while they were travelling. I have a safe n sound Royale hired from plunket and it has started to absolutely stink. It smelled so bad I thought that a creature had died in the room. I pulled the cover off but it appears that it is the plastic that smells. Has anyone else had this issue or know what to do about it?
