My lochia stopped at 4weeks then I bled again at 5weeks and I thought it was AF but I didn't actually get AF back until last month so 14months post baby lol

Congrats on your baby.

I was like that will all my 3 deliveries. I felt like I never stopped bleeding for a couple of months after each baby. I fully BF also. I had bleeding for 4-6 weeks after baby & then a week off & then like AF for 10days, it took awhile to settle down & then I got AF every 4weeks.

The worst one I had was when my m/w put me on the mini pill after DS1 I was having a bath & started heavy bleeding, this was 6weeks after baby. I was worried as it was heavy, thought I was going to die, DH rang the hospital M/W & I was told to stop the mini pill as it can make you bleed more...have no idea why I needed to be on it anyway as sex was the last thing on my mind...DS1 is 10yrs now.

I always envied the ones that did not get AF back for months

I had my boy 6 weeks ago tomorrow and my lochia stopped fully about a week ago but I've just started bleeding again. I'm also bf. Should I be worried ?? has this happened to anyone else ??
