Did the trick for me, and some others I know too. You can get it at some pharmacy's or health food shops. It comes in a wee glass bottle with spray - easily concealed in your handbag, or cover up the label and have it on your desk at work.

Hope you feel better soon!

Sportswaters are great if you are vomiting alot, and they also keep your blood sugars up, which help with the nausea, as do barley sugars, because i have found, the minute my blood sugar dips and I start feeling a little tired or hungry, its all over...

Rather morning, afternoon, evening and night sickness!

Okay, I'm getting it bad, I'm putting a brave face on it at work but feeling so nauseus and having to run backwards and forwards to the bathroom, I don't always throw up but lots of retching.

The only time I don't feel sick is when I'm eating and for about 2 minutes after, but I can't eat 24/7, I have been snacking on crackers but as soon as I finish the nausea comes back.

I've tried Ginger, it didn't work (I now can't stand the sight, smell or taste), I've tried Vitamin B6. My midwife suggested wearing travel bands but I'm not sure if I can at work, people will notice and will talk.

Please, does anyone have any "remedies" they have tried or heard of, I'll try anything.....
