I got blank thank you cards and stuck a photo of DS in the inside, mostly because i tried to take a picture of him with/in whatever they gave him and include that.

I used PhotoMaxing. You use a digital photo and you can design them online and they post them out to you. There's heaps of choice and it wasn't too expensive - I think it was about $35 for 24 cards but that included really nice envelopes. I'm interested in finding out what you did for thank you cards after baby was born.

Last time I just brought plain cards and printed a photo at Warehouse stationary to stick on each card.
