I came across the 'handle name' bit the other day, here's how I *think* you change it:

At the top left of the screen there's a house symbol (right by the 'conception' button) Click that

On the far right, there is a little personalised box that will say 'Hi Susie' and there's an 'edit profile' button, click that.

Then click 'Edit Profile' and there's a 'Forum Handle (nickname)' box which has your current one in it and I assume that's what you change followed by clicking the 'update' button at the bottom of the page.
