I tried the vinegar and baking soda trick on my pram and it didn't work. Ended up using Exit Mould on the pram canvas which worked brilliantly - spray onto cloth then dab on the mould patches and rub for a few minutes(test patch somewhere if you're worried about fabric fading but it should be fine if a heavy duty fabric).

It worked a treat, I chucked them in the washing machine afterwards to get rid of the chemical smell. Try white vinegar! Or dry cleaning powder and baking soda... apparently works wonders.
