Duh. I blame baby brain...i can still use that excuse right?<br /><br />Might start working on it, DS put himself out for the night at 3 (!?) and despite me waking him at 5 for food and bath etc resisted the process so had a very early bedtime hence me awake and online at 3am!]]>

A good idea is to start now with pushing everything later by 15mins each week or even day if they can cope. <br /><br />I've always had a problem with DD and daylight savings, last winter I could not for the life of me make her stay up any later than 6/6:30pm. Hopefully now she's a bit older it may be easier. I am lucky though that she sleeps 12 hours+ at night. Have to admit, it's quite nice having her go to bed so early. We have to get up at 6:30am anyway.]]>

But roll on summer starting day light savings and 6.30/7am wake ups became 5am wake ups - 6am wake ups lol but after maybe a month or less she changed it and decided to sleep until 7.30-8am and has been doing that since maybe Dec/January?! ]]>
