Im looking for ideas on what would freeze well and defrost good so i can have either lunches or teas already pre done in the freezer for when i need. DS is 9 months and likes his food lumpy and sometimes even whole pieces, He does get a little bit of exzema but nothing to really worry about. I would love some ideas on what foods i could do please

TIA
