I use the parent and child toilet, or go into the mums room.

And yes I go to the loo with baby on, its harder when they're on your back though just have to bend over a bit more.

If you have a buggy / stroller you will either use the disabled toilets or the parents toilets (if there is one), so you can take the buggy in with you. I prefer DS in the back pack or sling when I'm on the toilet, at least that way he's not:

a) shoving his head between my legs to get a closer look

b) ripping off little shreds of toilet paper and dropping them into the loo (sometimes I need to stop midstream so I don't wet him )

c) trying to grab the toilet brush
