You could always put the chicken in a container and heat it at work and have a hot chicken sandwich.</P><P>I love the flavoured tins of tuna and salad - so yummy and it is healthy as you don't need a dressing for the salad as you have the flavour from the tuna.</P><P>I'm at home most days with my studies around lunchtime so I find it quite easy to have something for lunch - at the moment i'm eating lots of apples so i'm usually having them.</P>]]>

Willie takes left overs from the night befores dinner which are also safe if heated to piping hot.<br /><br />Or canned soup.
