Congrats!!

I used to take my elevits when i first woke up in the morning and would end up feeling BLURGH but the last 5 days or so i took them at night and i've been fine, probably the first time during my pregnancy i haven't felt sick as soon as i opened my eyes!!

My elevit is all gone now...im 19 weeks and am not sure if actual elevit is still crucial or if i can take some other pregnancy vitamins? im on iodine pills too but still have heaps left. Dont forget about the iodine which you need to get on prescription! I found taking my tablets at night ment they were more likely to stay where they were supposed to lol.

Hmm Bex Ive read A LOT that Elevit made most peoples MS even worse so Id be inclined to stay away from it with how bad you were last time hun. I think plain folic acid will be fine, thats all Ive ever taken :) oh and floradix!
