MamaPickle, this was the first time I actually got them sent to the correct address. With other promotions they got both an email address and postal address incorrect, so hopeless

Mine finally arrived.
I got a call from CourierPost on Thursday to say they have had a package sitting there for three weeks and do I want it?

Turns out Huggies addressed it wrong and CourierPost tried to re-deliver it three times.
In the end they looked me up in the phone book and called.
I had to give them my correct address and I had it within the hour.

I double-checked the address I have registered with Huggies and they definitely got it wrong.

What number are you all calling? Cos I just called 0800 845 623 (the number on their site) and got some gruff sounding guys saying "Pete speaking!!" and when I asked if it was the Huggies number he said he couldn't hear me and hung up!!

Well i called yesterday and the man said that they had a note saying they had been delivered, but he couldn't tell me when. As i hadn't had them he said they would courier some more out to me and they arrived this morning, so very impressed with the service and Huggies continue to have a satisfied customer!

I didn't call, I'll call on Monday.

It bugs me that the money has been deducted but no goods have been sent, too. It's really bad business practice.
Every other thing I've purchased online works so that the money is taken as the goods are sent.
It's a good way to see when you can expect something to arrive in the post.

Ah well. I still like Huggies and it's a pretty darn good promotion, really.

Did you call mama Pickle? I just got home from work and no parcel so i tried calling but they close at 4pm.

I am very unimpressed that they are so quick to take the money but lax at sending out the goods on a first come first served basis. I rang the promotion number and apparently there was a delay with the stock so they only just started going out last week.

I sent mine off a couple of days after promotion opened, they took the money out and I just received the toy yesterday.

Although I'm not impressed with whoever delivered it......we live down a rather long driveway on a street that two schools empty onto (so its fairly busy) and when I got home from work yesterday it was sitting under out letterbox our on the footpath!!! I know it wasn't delivered by the postie as she is my MIL!

I sent my barcodes in on the first day of the promotion. I'd saved them up. The money was taken out of my credit card in the first week of september but I still don't have the toys....?
