Lilah was 5lb 13 with a 34cm head, my other 2 were around 9lb with 38cm heads
Editted to say scheck out www.felt.co.nz, you can get cute hats custom made to specific sizes, makes things heaps easier!

With Jackson I could never find hats small enough. Even the XS from Pumpkin Patch was enormous. I ended up sewing a PP hat smaller, but it was a pain.
