I was thinking a bridge is the one where you lie on your back and push up with your arms and legs till you are in a bridge shape off the floor. We call that one the plank.<br /><br />Will be doing this tonight. My lil boy is sick so won't be going to training but can do this is the comfort of the lounge rooma nd make DF join me!!]]>
