Tell your midwife how you are feeling, and ask if there is anything they can prescribe you. If you exhaust your options with her then you might be referred to an obstetrician who might get you on a cocktail of drugs. But that is usually only for very severe vomiting, to prevent dehydration.

I'd ring mw, you can see your doctor free of charge about it until 12 weeks then you have to pay.

MW is your first port of call.

They will give maxolon first off but all it does is stop vomitting not nausea.

You can choose who you want to see at any time. BUT maternity care is often not free if you see your GP - most GPs have withdrawn from offering the free service. If you are more comfortable seeing your GP, then go to him or her. However, your midwife is probably more used to dealing with morning sickness, and they can also prescribe medications for this (if that is what you are after). They will refer you to the hospital if that is where you need to be.
