I actually got it for Mac to drink to help his teething pain but I found out later that they use it in South Africa to help milk supply.

It might be a "left of centre" suggestion but it might be worth a shot if the Doperidone is going to effect your TTCing.

There are other natural milk supply enhancers you can use as well.

I somehow missed this news completely!

I got my AF back 15 weeks PP and my hormones were all over the place but I was ovulating, but my LP was only 8 days...

Whether on domperidone or not there is not guarantees your AF will come back in the next couple of months anyway so coming off it may not help.... After speaking with my naturopath I went back on vitex and B6 when we started TTC again (Jake was 5 months) but I am not sure it actually helped tbh. Vitex can help with supply too she told me.

When you are ready to TTC you could always get your prolaction levels checked to see how high they are....

In terms of "normal" levels during pregnancy this link might help link

Again, huge congrats... made my day

    Author: Vanillabean
Subject: 34150
Posted: 19 June 2010 at 10:32am

I'm taking 120mg of domperidone daily to increase my milk supply but only have about 30% of the milk my baby needs and have to top up with formula. My baby is now 10 weeks old and so far I have not ovulated or had an AF. Domperidone works by raising prolactin levels and I read online that prolactin is what prevents ovulation while breast feeding. Because we had so much trouble conceiving this baby we want to start trying for a second one in a few months time but I am wondering if I will need to come off the domeperiodone first.

Has anyone here been on domperidone and still had AF?
