It is nothing you have done, it is something that almost all babies do around this age and it might last a week, it might last a month. The best thing to to is to try the old cluster feed thing again, tank him up late afternoon, early evening - not ideal when you have another and working too, but even in the early evening. The lots of feeding is related to him building up your supply. You can take things right back to basics and make sure he is draining each side before offering the other and having a good burp between sides so he's full of milk not air.
Um, will need to look in my book, but need to take the kids to soccor.
XXXA

Your supply will have also settled in by now and you will note that your boobs are feeling softer anyway, not making less.
a little exersize shouldn't make alot of difference and also drinking lots of water is no longer attributed to "making milk", however, breastfeeding mothers do get thirstier quicker!!! and you need to be aware of drinking to thirst.

I exercised quite a bit when BF DD and didn't notice any change. It could just be that it's coincided with that funny phase that babies go through round your baby's age - start waking all through the night. With many of my friends and my own DD they just came right again, it wasn't a hunger thing.

You could always call La Leche for advice or check out their book 'The womanly art of breastfeeding'.
