You might need help to latch bubs and isn't the most comfortable but this way there is no pressure on any side of your boob. If it has been a few days though you should prob give your Dr a call as they can turn quite nasty.]]>

I went through a period of getting a blocked duct on the same breast every week for about two months! Was a real pain, but I found that after about 4 days it cleared itself. But definitely see a Dr if you're worrying, no point being in pain if you don't have to be!]]>

In the meantime try placing a heat pack on it whilst you feed, has worked for me in the past]]>

It is not red or anything so I just dunno, and don't think I have a temp??]]>
