Myoga does great Yoga for Mums classes (pre and post baby), I've just started going.

Melissa who runs that classes is really lovely and warm. I think Tues 9.30-11am and Sat 10.30-12pm but you can check the schedule on myoga.co.nz.

I think you can drop in but if its your first time best to go a wee bit earlier.

I did them at Yoga in Daily Life in Jessie st but they were evenings and saturdays. I did pregnancy yoga with Anna Sandle at the Buddhist center in Wellington. She does either Wednesdays at 5pm or Saturday mornings at 10am. I loved it. I might go back on a casual bases for the last couple of weeks.
