It gets incrediblt tight and I think it is because of the sitting at work too. The doc recommended some stretching excersizes to try and loosen my lower back up a little. I haven't been doing them for too long so I cant say if it is working yet. But definately get up every half and hour or fourty minutes and walk a little (it hasn't helped much in my case but it is good to have a little break from my pc)<br />good luck]]>

I am only 5 months now and not huge, but have already spent a lot of time and money on visits to the osteo, yoga, heat packs and heat rub.<br /><br />It is really uncomfortable and i know that sitting at work all day is probably the major cause, but i have to stay here for another 4 months! <br /><br />Any ideas apart from staying in bed?!]]>
