I think it would depend on what sort of pregnancy you have. If it's a healthy, normal pregnancy with no complications (eg gestational diabetes, pre-eclampsia) then about 38/39 weeks. If you're hiring gear that you would need when the babys born and paying for it when you pick it up, how far before your due date would you book for pickup?
