i have had to buy a new inner tube for my MB a couple of times- brought it from pack n pedal. can't remember how much it was, but wasn't that bad from memory

You can try fixing it with a bike tyre repair kit yourself, or take it to a cyle shop.
I got a puncture in one of my stroller tyres a while back, but I couldn't find my bike tyre repair kit, so I rubbed a bit of DH's Selleys silicone over the hole!
