Sam has been wearing hers since she was 12 months and although it is still loose on it's tightest setting it certainly can't slip off her. The tails are detachable so I put them on when we get out of the car then detach them once we get inside the mall/zoo etc. and they just run round with the backpacks on. They can put little things in their backpacks too. And at home they lead each other round the house with them on <img border="0" src="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/smileys/smiley17.gif" border="0">.]]>
