Jolly Jumper brand I can recommend.
Although I'm not sure about the new design - I went on TM and bought the same one we had last time 2nd hand. It folds easily, the tray comes right up to the chest and you can use one hand to pull it off. Easy to clean, don't have to lift the tray over the head etc. Easy to lift bubs and move them somewhere else. Haven't needed to use a reclining seat - if bubs is that little you can feed them in a bouncer for a month or two.

It's funny - we have the enigma one also, but I find it ok. Having said that, Natalie is quite a tidy eater (often there's nothing on the bib at the end of the meal!), and she tends to lean over the tray when eating finger food, so it doesn't really end up in her lap. I think the deciding factor was that we got it on sale, and used rewards points for it, so it was effectively free I did quite like that when we started solids, she wasn't really sitting that well, so I felt she was well supported with the padding etc.

the other thing i do really like is that there is a section of the tray that comes down between the legs, so you can use the chair without having to strap them in. I bought the same one as Emma and also regret it. We're seriously thinking about selling it and buying a new one. I've got a Mocka Designer one and LOVE IT!!!! I think one that reclines is quite important. We got a warehouse one I think it was pretty cheap.

I second what Emma says.  I bought an Enigma, reclines, goes up and down, removable tray,. padded...I HATE IT!!!! Something that is easy to clean, particularly the straps. We bought a wooden one with an insert so that our little man could sit in it (also put a towel in it so that it was nice and tight)
The one we bought was a mocka one so that it can be used as a chair but a little higher when he is big enough to not have a high chair but not quite tall enough to sit in a normal chair.

The only advice I would suggest is if he cant sit up unaided yet you might want to consider one that has a recline on it.

We have an enigma .. and I like the way it has "two" trays.
