Just got an email from consumer:

Baby Solutions Sonic 2 stroller has been recalled

The problem
Recent testing has detected that a rivet in the front leg of the stroller may fail in certain circumstances.

Details
Baby Solutions Sonic 2 stroller sold exclusively at Kmart stores from December 2008 onwards. The affected product can be identified by item number BD-A08 and a date of manufacture SEP 2008 printed on a label located on the base of the stroller.

What to do
Cease using the stroller and return to any Kmart store for a refund
