I asked my MW about the tea and she said she didn't recommend drinking it til 36 weeks.

Hi monikah,

I've been told it is safe to start during 3rd trimester. I drink the tea bags. I read up on it and it recommends 1 cup a day from 32 weeks and then to increase to 2 or 3 cups a day from 36 weeks.
