We had some Gaviscon in the cupboard but it said not to take directly before sleeping and not to lie down straight away, as it was about 1am that was not an option. I had half a quick eze and it went away. It didn't say anything on the packet but as it came in my Bounty pack I assumed it was ok. If it happens again can I take more?
