I wasn't originally going to reply, but when we were first setting up for DD we bought a pram 'system' very similar to the one you're looking at Kate - and just ended up selling it.

DD grew out of the capsule very quickly and we would have (and did) needed to buy a proper carseat regardless.

IMO we should have just hired a capsule or gone straight to the bigger carseat, and then stuck with our Mountain Buggy.

Has anyone used one of these? We were looking at one in Farmers (the one on the top left of the picture below) and it fits everything we need and DF likes it, but you don't seem to hear much about them? We would get the capsule as well, for the car. Our second choice was the Mother's Choice one which is the red one kind of in the middle on the right hand side of the page...they both come with the capsules which we think is quite good and convenient.
