It is very thick - don't try to rub it in, just dab it on the nasty areas and it has anti-fungal properties. Good for when it get nasty sore looking.<br />Usualy we just use Lucas' pawpaw and Sudocream if it is a bit worse. <br /><br />Hope your poor poppet's bum gets better soon - at least the weather is good so she can have lots of nappy off time.]]>

I've tried  - <br /><br />Bepanthen ointment (pretty average) ***<br /><br />Sudocream (really good when it looks sore)****<br /><br />Karicare Ointment (absolutely horrid)**<br /><br />Vaseline (the classic preventer)***<br /><br />Lucas Papaw ointment (Fantastic!!!! would recommend this to anyone.)*****<br /><br />Johnson's Pure cornstarch with vitamin E (ok)***<br /><br />So what have you tried and what do you think?]]>
