You'd have to get new clips for the one side, but by sliding the carrycot into the seat sling it looks like it should clip on to the frame... MB's next upsell on the Swift?

Of course it's not officially safety tested & would probably nullify the guarantee at this stage...

    Author: jazzy
Subject: 23563
Posted: 16 January 2009 at 7:41pm

Hi there, I am looking into getting a MB Swift but not sure if to get a Urban Elite. The Swift does not have the rear wheel suspension and can not take the carrycot (thinking about having another baby). I am thinking going with the Swift as it is cheaper & smaller, but not sure if I would miss the other features on the other one if we had another baby. I had a Phil & Teds sport double buggy, but the kids got to big so I bought a 2008 MB Urban Elite double, and the older one only sat in it twice, so had to let it go. I have seen a couple on trade me for sale, but not much cheaper than in the shops. Any advise?? Thanks.

I was wondering what you think of it. Does it seem sturdy/durable, it is for everyday use or better just for occasional use/travelling?
