I have one of those, and its great
The bottom of the chair actually has little leg things that can be pushed out, to give them more height if they are strapped into a chair. The best thing I find with it is you can pull release the tray with one hand.

Its been invaluable really. Great for sitting him outdoors with us, great for taking to my parents for dinner, and really easy to clean. Theres no little creases that crumbs get stuck in,

The only problem I see with it is that its on chair level .. which means you have to bend over to feed the bub.

And the baby would have to be pretty old to be tall enough to eat at the table with you.

Issy has a normal highchair .. but it can be height adjusted so she can sit at the table with us and eat, which is handy as she feels like she is part of the family "proper"

Gosh that is a flash looking one. We have one that is just all plastic and straps to our dining room chair. I wouldnt' be without it now. We had the expensive high chair and ended up getting rid of it as Samantha couldn't reach the tray.
These types of portable chairs are fantastic as you can take them out with you if you are going to peoples houses for dinner etc.

We have something similar,(not as posh looking LOL) which was handed down from my SIL. Its brilliant, wouldn't be without it. We hardly use the tray now, only if its something really mucky, the rest of the time its pulled up to the table. We take it on holiday, to the inlaws etc, we have even taken it to the park for a picnic so we knew she would sit still and eat.

I have been looking for a highchair (want to get one while we still have two incomes).

Has anyone got the safety 1st feeding chair or used one and if so what did they think of it?

Feeding Chair

It seems like you could use it for ages and that baby could join you at the table when old enough.
