Yep - no shoes unless you're going out on the footpath or something like that, in which case you should be able to bend the sole of his shoe in half with your hands. Hi- I would definitely recommend staying with bobux or similar soft soled shoes, even outside. Yep bare feet is best- save the shoes for if he really needs them (like if you're going to be walking him on stony ground).
Something like this is ideal for out and about Shoes but for round home just keep him in barefeet or the bobux type ones. JMHO - Stick with no shoes or just socks for now, it gives their feet a chance to toughen up... Save the shoes for special occasions.


ETA: I understand that Bobux do a good IWalk shoe, you could check out their website

My wee man is just learning to walk and is growing out of his soft soled shoo shoos, These have been great for the last few months cos he cant kick them off but now i am wondering if he needs something with more of a firmer sole on it.
