Like you it's not really noticable, but it really hurts later in the evening. I read a tip somewhere to slightly elevate the back of your bed, by putting a book under the back legs (I put a small plank under each leg) and it really seems to help.<br />]]>

I left my water bottle in a meeting room yesterday and for some reason when I drink from a glass I never refill it... I just cant think what it might be... it seems a bit early to be getting swelling!
