I was looking at Baby Factory last night and they have umbrella strollers with a shopping basket for about $89. Can't remember whether it has a storm cover though, definately shade cover, the lie back ones are more $$ and bigger.

Think about when you will be using it. When Brooke was younger I had a bigger pram for longish outings (lie back, shopping basket, big wheels, easy to push but big and bulky) and an umbrella stroller for shorter outings to the shops. We used ours on buses and trains quite a lot so it's good for that and the boot of our last car was small and it fit in there with a teeny bit of room left (enough for 4-5 bags of groceries) and you only need to use one hand to open it and fold it closed again.  It's no good for off road or jogging but great for wandering around the shops.  I'll get some pics tonight and post them here for you.

Oh yes, post some pics... We had a mothers choice stroller from farmers that was great.  I haven't got around to listing it on TM, but if you wanna look I can post some pics. 

The only catch is that one of the breaks is a bit bent, it still works and the other break is fine but I wouldn't leave the stroller parked on a hill for an extended period of time.

We're in the process of down grading the size of our stroller as we have a Bertini Shuttle and it's far too big and can barely fit in the boot of a sedan...

We're looking for a stroller that has

1. Layback Feature (semi or full recline)
2. 4 or 6 wheels
3. Shopping Basket
4. Storm Cover
5.. Sunshade
6. Compact & Light
7.CHEAP $$$

Any body have any suggestions on what we could try??
