That's so incredibly bad. At work, if I'm even replying with the simplest thing, I always include a greeting, try and bulk the answer out a bit and then always a proper sign off! There is a million nicer ways for her to have replied to your initial email. That's shocking! Reminds me of that email saga that went on a while ago with the lady from the catering company and the chocolate covered strawberries.
I don't know how they think they're going to get any business with customer service like that. And her original 'request for information' wasn't actually a request - that would have required her to actually form a question in her email. I read it as a statement (complete with !!!). I am trying to organise gabriels 5th birthday parth and was thinking about getting it catered. I found a company called kiddies catering that had packs for a good price and also some adult platters. I emailed them asking for more details about their novelty boxes and more info re the loot bags and games they do also. Their website states for people to contact them as it doesnt have much info on the site. So anyway i get a reply back last night and i was very disappointed.
