For a really cheap option, the Warehouse does rubber-backed tie-up bibs with cute designs for just over $1 each. Ella was an extreme drooler, so the silly billyz weren't waterproof enough, and liquids tended to run straight off them onto her pants anyway, and we needed ones that tied up in order to make them fit her around the neck just right. I got 7 in a pack for $10 at Kmart.

Does anyone know where I can buy bulk bibs( 5+) with waterproof backing - tie, button, velcro or pull over for a price that's not going to break the bank??
