Probably a bit late. Ditto! I can't use any oilbased creamy foundations or I get excema. I have been using mine for about 4 years I think. It lasts for so long that I don't mind paying $70 a pot. The only downside is that I need two colours to blend to suit my skintone. However the darker pot lasts twice as long as the lighter pot as I only use a little bit of dark. And if you tan in summer you can add a bit more dark.

Yeah we get alot of ID Bare Mineral Clients cause we are alot cheaper and we offer more in our pot's. I believe they have gone up again to $78 - which is alot to fork out for. MAC makes the best makeup... I have a MAC mineral foundation, it's a liquid one with a pump though not a powder compact type. they all look amazing on tv lol

i have that loreal mineral one with the bruch atached to the top, its awfull!!
dried my skin out so much in 1 night thaty my excema came back and i havnt had that since i was at high school!!

there is one on TM by a company called flawless you can buy test pots, they send u three different shades in either light, med or dark

I have sheer cover... I got two subscriptions and cancelled... not because it was bad, it was just I didn't go through the stuff as fast as they said I would.

It's nice, it is just a bit of a hassle to put on... ie... getting the right shade mixed together etc etc... but nice to have when going out. I teamed it up with their concealer for iffy areas and then did an all over sheer cover powder and voila... works for me.

I got taken in by the advert and bought the Revlon Colourstay Foundation for winter as I am so white...and its useless, very powdery and made my skin dry and didn't last long at all.

All the talk of makeup in the general thread has reminded me... I need a new foundation soon, and always on the lookout for a better one, I've thought I might try a mineral one. Has anyone tried these, and how'd they work out for you? Any brands you'd recommend or stay away from? I have dry and somewhat sensitive skin but still get some spots. All the mineral foundations look like powders - do they really work as a base all by themselves? Or do people use a liquid foundation underneath them? If it's just the powder - how does that stick to your skin even?!
