Thank's guy's it has been an amazing first day with my wee princess.   Feeling really confident about everything and the birth was awsome depsite not being at home like I wanted. I arrived at the hospital at about 9.30am M/W put the jell stuff in then we sat back and relaxed they keep xhecking me on the moniter told me i was having regular contraction's I was not even feeling them. Started feeling them at around 2.30pm, but was not paying all that much attention as my boy's had come in for a visit.   Then around 4 Mum came up and by 5 I was having pretty regular contraction's. around 7 we decied to get M/W back he arrived at 7.20pm We moved to teh labour room it was so weird cause it was the same room we had Alan in kinda freaked me out a little. M/W checked me and we were 4cm broke my water's. Got in shower till after 8pm the best thing about being in hospital contineous hot water..   Got out around 8.15pm had some huge contraction's then I had a nap (did that with Mikey as well at this point) Then it was all on started pushing and she was in about 3
push's.   Weighing 6.3lb not as small as they thought. Took so long to get the placenta out I swear this was worse then the labour pain's. Had nice hot shower gave her her first feed.    And whe nI was told that Dad's were not aloud to stay in hte ward we decied at 11pm to head home.   So packed everyone up and came home. Alan heard the car so he got his first cuddle   even tho he was half asleep.

Well not getting my homebirth, but i am getting to have my baby soon (hopefully) I will be getting induced in the morning due to my of my scan results regarding baby's size.

Hugs Deborah! Don't doubt yourself, your body has done this twice before, it knows what to do and you'll do great! Butterfly mum dont worry at all. She will come in her own time.
I was in "prelabour" for three days. every day my contractions would start, i had my show and then they would stop at about 8.30 pm. They started again one night and she was born within 3 hours!
One thing is for sure she will come out, just relax, go with it and make the most of these last moments. You will be cuddling her in no time!

Well its half past 2 in the morning and any hint of cntraction has now gone and I guess cause the scan showed plently of water and I am not actually due for another week that that is that and we are just going to have to wait till thing's start again. .   I am so disapointed. I was all very positve about this whole birthing expirence etc. My last 2 I really struggled not with the birth it self, but all the self confidence etc and i was so detrermaind that this time round I was totally in control and all was going to go fine.   Thing is now that I was wrong and it not all about to happen all confidence in myself has gone. Oh and cause I am now totally off my med's I am so fagile emtionally.

It happened to me too! My waters broke and contractions started, yet when I had him 12 hours later he was born in his (fully intact) membranes.

My waters with Kryssi had a hind leak on the Friday night and then I had her on Sunday morning. It won't be too long now. well quick update still not really any progress.   M/W came round and did a strech and sweep said she could still feel water round baby head so I have no idea what is happening.   Ideally me and hubby have decided if nothing has progressed by the morning we want to get an induction and get the ball rolling and M/W seem to agree so we now just wait. I had my scan and baby is really low etc and, but really little he estimate's about 5.12lb. So I have pretty much decided I want ot have her in hospital, ubt again I guess it is a wait and see game. well I have had the odd contraction in the night nothing to write home about so have not rung M/W yet figured she should get a full night sleep.   Just sent DH off to work. For a bit keep him out of the way.   Till we know what is happening. This is all very strange for me.   Baby is still movign around in there just feel's a little differnt.
ETA: it was deffintely my water's.
