I kept all of it!! the box, the paper, the cardboard/paper leaves with the little sayings on them, one of mine had little artificial leaves and flowers as well! I got sent the bucket baby bliss set from my old boss when DD1 was born - it was awesome!

I sent one to my friend when she had her son and she loved it !! it was agers before she unwrapped it to she just liked to look at it.

I got one too and took lots of photos first.  The little singlets were great and I had all sorts of sizes.  Did yours have a saying around the "petals'? When I had Chiara the lovely team at OHbaby! sent me a gorgeous box of Baby Buds stuff, it was soooo cute! A friend in Sydney had her first wee boy last night and I just arranged to send her one, they do the coolest gift boxes, baskets and sets and they aren't that expensive compared to sending plain old flowers.
