Well, that and reflux and mastitis. <img border="0" src="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/smileys/smiley11.gif" border="0"> <br />I've got my fingers crossed for this time! Don't know the name of it but it was darn expensive and comes in a back pack type setup. <br /><br />I have to say I love it to bits and I've been using it at least twice a day since the girls were born. <br /><br />This was the brand that was recommended to us by the Multiple Birth club and it's also the brand that was used in the hospital. <br /><br />How much you spend is directly proportional to how much you intend to express. There's lots of places you can rent them from also.<br /><br /><br />regarding the latching issues. I had similar problems and started (still am) using nipple shields which made things a lot easier.<br /><br />]]>

I guess the manual would do the job until then...if I had to do it...?     <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=18235">KiwiWonder</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 19161<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 16 July 2008 at 1:48pm<br /><br />I had the manual Avent with Zamara and it worked well - at one point was using it once a day, but usually it was less frequent than that.  <br /><br />I used the single Electric Avent Isis when I had all the feeding issues with K, and it was even better <img border="0" src="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0">  I liked that it had a battery pack so it travelled really well, didn't need to be hooked to mains power etc. <br /><br />I then bought the Avent Isis Duo as our feeding issues were continuing, and it was a complete and total lifesaver - comfortable, quiet, easy to use, and I could get 300mls in 10 minues.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;That said, I wouldn't recommended it to anyone but those planning on expressing the majority of feeds, as the cost is seriously prohibitive, and the single is fine for less-frequent expressing. ]]>

I hired a Medela double electric with the gremlins and it was good, but I found the manual Isis better so ended up using that to express all of their feeds for the first 10 weeks and it's still going strong.]]>

I would probably be looking at a manual rather than electric, since I would like to breast-feed normally, but I would also like to have a pump on hand just in case.<br /><br />Only brand that I know of are Avent and Medela. <br /><br />Thanks!]]>
