We use bio liners in our prefolds and covers - they're fantastic. Bio liners are washable if they aren't too dirty so they're economical too. If they're dirty, just flush them down the toilet - no messes! We've tried J and J ones but they're a pain when they're not flushable and if you wash them, blue fluff can get everywhere :-)<br />Good luck!]]>
