I thought that they looked a bit flimsy. Our door frames are weird too. That's why I thought a stand may have been better. Phoenix is almost 6 months and weighs just over 7.2kg.

I personally wouldn't bother with the stand, we just hung the jumper up on our bedroom door frame...
